Retirement Age. It is understood and agreed that employees who have attained age sixty-five (65) shall be subject to annual review by the Employer to determine whether they are capable of performing their assigned duties. If such employees are capable of performing their assigned duties in the opinion of the Employer their employment shall be continued until such time as they are not so capable at which time they shall be retired.
