Common use of Retiree Benefits Clause in Contracts

Retiree Benefits. Employees retiring on or after January 1, 2006 will be eligible for retiree benefits as presented to the Union Negotiation Committee during discussions for renewal of the Collective Agreements that expired December 31, 2002.

Retiree Benefits. Employees retiring prior to January 1, 2020 will retire under the current Choices retiree benefits program.

Retiree Benefits. Employees retiring on or after January 1, 2006 will be eligible for retiree benefits as presented to the Union Negotiation Committee during discussions for renewal of the Collective Agreements that expired May 31, 2003. This retiree Benefits Plan will be available up to December 31, 20022019. Effective January 1, 2020 employees will be eligible for retiree benefits as presented to the Union Negotiation Committee during discussions for renewal of the Collective Agreements that expired May 31, 2018.
