Retention of Samples. Seller will take an origin sample of DDGS from each truck and rail car before it leaves the Plant using standard sampling methodology. Seller will label these samples to indicate the date of shipment and the truck or railcar number involved. Seller will also retain the samples and labeling information for no less than one year.

Retention of Samples. Subject to availability, UHN will use reasonable efforts to retain tissue samples and related materials utilized in the Research Program. The availability of such tissue samples and related materials shall be determined solely by UHN. Notwithstanding the foregoing, UHN and MBI shall negotiate in good faith terms and conditions (including, without limitation, financial compensation) in respect of the isolation and storage of mRNA samples for transfer to MBI.
Retention of Samples. Bovie shall retain as samples such quantities of Products as Arthrex shall reasonably request. Retained samples shall be maintained in a suitable manner for a reasonable period of time past the manufacture date. All such samples shall be available for inspection and testing by Arthrex at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice.

Customer will label these samples to indicate the Ethanol’s lot numbers and whether the Ethanol was shipped by rail car or truck. Retention of Samples. After the analytical results have been reported, samples are routinely retained in our storage facilities for fourteen (14) days, after which the samples may be destroyed. Prior arrangements must be made if samples are to be held for longer periods or returned to CLIENT. AFL may charge a monthly fee for long-term storage.

EKAE will label these samples to indicate the date of shipment of the truck, rail car, or pickup number involved. EKAE shall also retain the samples and labeling information for no less than six (6) months after shipment of the Ethanol.
Retention of Samples. Impax shall retain a sufficient quantity of each batch of Product to perform at least two full sets of quality control tests (which shall be in addition to the quality control testing performed by Impax prior to delivery). Impax shall maintain samples of each batch in a suitable environmentally controlled storage facility until at least the first anniversary of the end of the approved shelf life of all Product from such batch, or such longer period as may be required under applicable law, regulation or rule. All such samples shall be available for inspection and testing by Schering or a Third Party chosen by Schering at its sole discretion, including but not limited to any Affiliate, upon reasonable notice.
Retention of Samples. The Parties shall keep such samples and records in respect of the Product as are required by applicable Law for such period of time as may be required by Law.
