Common use of Retention Agreements Clause in Contracts

Retention Agreements. The letter agreements executed on or prior to the date of this Agreement by Purchaser and each of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (the “Retention Agreements”), which Retention Agreements contain provisions making the effectiveness thereof subject to, and contingent upon, the Closing, shall remain in full force and effect at the Closing.
