Common use of Retainers Clause in Contracts

Retainers. The Loan Parties shall (i) not use any cash to pay retainers to professionals without the express prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, and (ii) shall on or before the Effective Date provide the Administrative Agent with a list of all retainers paid to professionals prior to the Effective Date, detailing (x) the party that received such retainer, (y) the date such retainer was paid and (z) the amount of such retainer.
