Retail Selling Services. (i) Will Company perform Retail Services for this Offering? Yes or No: If No, the remainder of this Section 2(f) is inapplicable. If Yes, the following applies: (ii) Company intends for the following Affiliated Representative(s) to perform Placement Services and receive compensation for this Offering: .
