RETAIL RATE. The usual customary rate charged by an Operator to individual retail customers. This is the competitive rate a company has posted in the office and quotes over the phone.
RETAIL RATE. $7.00 per student based on the total number of Licensee bilingual/ESL students enrolled on the last Friday in October each year ($700 minimum).
RETAIL RATE. The Member acknowledges that alternative retail rates for power received from the Cooperative may be applicable depending on the installed capacity of the distributed resource. The applicable Cooperative rate, as amended over time, will be applied in determination of the cost of power delivered from the Cooperative to the Member.
