Restroom Facilities. Licensee is permitted to use the public restroom facilities at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park during its authorized use of the Park. However, any time the facilities are open for use by Licensee, the Licensee shall also allow the general public full use of the restroom facilities at no cost or charge to such public users.
