Common use of Restrictive Trade Practices Clause in Contracts

Restrictive Trade Practices. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, no provision of this Agreement which is of such a nature as to make the Agreement liable to registration under the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 shall take effect until the day after that on which particulars thereof have been duly furnished to the Director General of Fair Trading pursuant to the said Act. Each of the Vendor and Geotek agree to notify the Purchaser if either of them commences to carry on business in the United Kingdom within three (3) years from the date of this Agreement.
