Common use of Restriction on Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Enforcement. Subordinated Creditors Subject to Clause 7.8 (Permitted Enforcement: Subordinated Creditors), no Subordinated Creditor shall be entitled to take any Enforcement Action in respect of any of the Subordinated Liabilities at any time prior to the Senior Discharge Date.
