Common use of Restriction on Assignments Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Assignments. CSC agrees to not assign, pledge, encumber or otherwise transfer its rights or delegate its duties under this Agreement without the written consent of DM-OK, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld; provided, that CSC may delegate its duties to contractors or temporary employees to the extent permitted under the express terms of this Agreement.
