Restriction on Assignments. Without the prior written consent of Titan, the Licensee shall not directly or indirectly assign, transfer, sublicense, or encumber any of its rights under this Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of Titan.
