Common use of Restricted Unit Award Clause in Contracts

Restricted Unit Award. The Company hereby grants to Executive this award (the “Award”), effective as of ______________, 20____ (the “Date of Grant”), which is an award of ___________ restricted Units, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan, including, without limitation, those restrictions described in Section 2 (the “Restricted Units”). The Award is specifically made subject to the execution by Executive of this Agreement.

Restricted Unit Award. The Company hereby grants to the Executive this award (the “Award”), effective as of ______________January 1, 20____ 2010 (the “Date of Grant”), which is an award of ___________ 15,000 restricted Units, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan, which is incorporated herein by reference, and in this Agreement, including, without limitation, those restrictions described in Section 2 (the “Restricted Units”). The Award is specifically made subject to the execution by the Executive of this Agreement.

Restricted Unit Award. The Award is specifically made subject to the execution by the Executive of this Agreement.
