Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement. Each Award of Restricted Stock Units will be evidenced by an Award Agreement that will specify the number of Restricted Stock Units subject to the Award of Restricted Stock Units and such other terms and conditions as the Administrator determines.
Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement. The Company wishes to grant to the Participant named in Part I of this Agreement (the “Notice of Grant”) a Restricted Stock Unit Award (the “Award”) pursuant to the provisions of the Plan. This Award will entitle the Participant to Shares from the Company if the Participant meets the vesting requirements described herein.
Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement. Each grant of Restricted Stock Units under the Plan shall be evidenced by a Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement between the Participant and the Company. Such Restricted Stock Units shall be subject to all applicable terms of the Plan and may be subject to any other terms that are not inconsistent with the Plan. The provisions of the various Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreements entered into under the Plan need not be identical.
Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement. This Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of the Award Date set forth in the Notice of Restricted Stock Unit Award attached as Schedule A hereto (the “Award Notice”) is made between Apache Corporation (the “Company”) and the Participant named in the Award Notice. The Award Notice is included in and made part of this Agreement.
Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award shall be evidenced by an Award agreement that contains any Substantial Risk of Forfeiture, vesting, transferability and forfeiture restrictions, form and time of payment provisions and other provisions not inconsistent with the Plan as the Committee may specify. Unless the Holder’s Award Agreement specifies otherwise, any Restricted Stock Unit Award, or portion of such award, in which the restriction has not lapsed as of the date of the severance of the employment or affiliation relationship between the Holder and the Company and all Affiliates, shall be forfeited.

Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement. The Participant specified below is hereby granted a restricted stock unit award (the “Award”) by Bridgewater Bancshares, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the “Company”), under the Bridgewater Bancshares, Inc. 2019 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). The Award shall be subject to the terms of the Plan and the terms set forth in this Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement (“Award Agreement”).
Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement. Congratulations on your selection as a Participant who will receive Restricted Stock Units under the HNI Corporation 2021 Stock-Based Compensation Plan (the “Plan”). This Award Agreement provides a brief summary of your rights under the Plan. Capitalized terms found but not defined in this Award Agreement are defined in the Plan. The Plan provides complete details of all of your rights under the Plan and this Award Agreement, as well as all of the conditions and limitations affecting your rights. If there is any inconsistency between the terms of this Award Agreement and the terms of the Plan, the Plan's terms shall completely supersede and replace the conflicting terms of this Award Agreement.
Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement. The Participant specified below is hereby granted a restricted stock unit award (the “Award”) by West Bancorporation, Inc., an Iowa corporation (the “Company”), under the West Bancorporation, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). The Award shall be subject to the terms of the Plan and the terms set forth in this Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement (“Award Agreement”).
Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement. The parties hereto agree that as long as the Executive has not revoked this Agreement as provided in Section 17(c), the Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement shall be amended as set forth in Section 7 herein, effective upon the Termination Date.
