Common use of Restricted Stock Grant Clause in Contracts

Restricted Stock Grant. Employee shall be granted 45,000 restricted shares of the Company pursuant to the terms of the 2005 Omnibus Stock Award Plan (including the terms of any Award Agreement executed in connection with such Plan).
