Common use of Restricted Period Clause in Contracts

Restricted Period. The term “Restricted Period” for purposes of this Agreement shall mean the period which starts on the date Executive’s employment by the Post Group terminates for any reason or no reason and which ends (i) on the first anniversary of such termination date for purposes of § 9 and § 10 and (ii) on the second anniversary of such termination date for purposes of § 7 and § 8.

Restricted Period. The term “Restricted Period” for purposes of this Agreement shall mean the period which starts on the date Executive’s employment by the Post Group terminates under circumstances which create an obligation for any reason or no reason the Post Group under § 3 of this Agreement and which ends (ia) on the first anniversary of such termination date for purposes of § 9 and § 10 and or (iib) on the second anniversary first date following such a termination on which the Post Group breaches any obligation to Executive under § 3 of such termination date for purposes of § 7 and § 8this Agreement, whichever period is shorter.

Restricted Period. The term “"Restricted Period” " for purposes of this Agreement shall mean the period which starts on the date Executive’s 's employment by the Post Group or a Post Affiliate terminates under circumstances which create an obligation for any reason or no reason Post under Section 2 of this Agreement and which ends (ia) on the first anniversary of such termination date for purposes of § 9 and § 10 and or (iib) on the second anniversary first date following such a termination on which Post breaches any obligation to Executive under Section 2 of such termination date for purposes of § 7 and § 8this Agreement, whichever period is shorter.

The term “"Restricted Period” " for purposes of this Agreement shall mean the period which starts on the date Executive’s 's employment by the Post Group Company terminates for any reason or no reason and which ends (i) on the first anniversary of such termination date for purposes of § Section 9 and § Section 10 and (ii) on the second anniversary of such termination date for purposes of § Section 7 and § Section 8.

Restricted Period. The term “"Restricted Period” " for purposes of this Agreement shall mean the period which starts on the date Executive’s 's employment by the Post Group Parties terminates for any reason or no reason and which ends (i) on the date six months after such termination date for purposes of Section 10, (ii) on the first anniversary of such termination date for purposes of § Section 9 and § 10 and (iiiii) on the second anniversary of such termination date for purposes of § Section 7 and § Section 8.

The term “"Restricted Period” " for purposes of this Agreement shall mean the period which starts on the date Executive’s 's employment by the Post Group terminates for any reason or no reason and which ends (i) on the first anniversary of such termination date for purposes of § Section 9 and § Section 10 and (ii) on the second anniversary of such termination date for purposes of § Section 7 and § Section 8.
