Common use of Restricted Information Clause in Contracts

Restricted Information. In addition to the foregoing, the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations set forth at 22 C.F.R Parts 120-130 (“ITAR”) and the U.S. Export Administration Regulations set forth at 15 C.F.R. Parts 730-774 (“EAR”) may regulate disclosure of various types of technical information (regardless of whether it is considered Confidential Information) relating to design, development, manufacture, maintenance, repair, or use of FFEI’s Products (“Restricted Information”).
