Common use of Restricted Distributions Clause in Contracts

Restricted Distributions. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Partnership shall not make any Distribution to any Partner on account of any Limited Partner Interest if such Distribution would violate any applicable Law or the terms of the Credit Agreement or other debt financing of the Partnership or its Subsidiaries.

Restricted Distributions. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Partnership shall not be required to make any Distribution a distribution to any Partner on account of any Limited Partner Interest its interest in the Partnership if such Distribution distribution would violate any applicable Law or the terms Section 17-607 of the Credit Agreement Act or other debt financing of the Partnership or its Subsidiariesapplicable law.
