RESTAURANT GRATUITY GUARANTEE. The Company will continue to print at the bottom of menus “Taxes and gratuities not included”. All business coupons will indicate “Gratuities not included”. Where a party of ten (10) or more persons is served in the restaurant outlets, the Company shall levy an automatic gratuity charge in the amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the pre-taxed total of the invoice, one hundred per cent (100%) of which shall be paid to the bargaining unit employee(s) providing the service. For group functions served in the restaurant outlet where gratuities are a fixed percentage on the selling price, which may be lower than the retail menu price, the gratuities shall be paid based on the actual selling price.
