Restaurant Areas. The Licensor and the Licensee shall work cooperatively to determine and establish operating policies for the Restaurant Areas during Licensee Events. The Licensor and the Licensee shall meet, confer and agree on marketing and promotion. Subject to the terms of the Concession Agreement, the Licensor shall have final approval of all operating policies relating to the Restaurant Areas, including staffing.
