Common use of Rest Relief Clause in Contracts

Rest Relief. The rest relief after overtime provisions in clause 17.4.1 apply to overtime worked in the circumstances covered by emergency duty in clause 17.5 only where the actual time worked (excluding travelling time) is at least two hours on each call.
