Responsible Official. LAWA shall identify an official within LAWA who will be responsible for monitoring the performance of each program or activity that LAWA is obligated to perform under this Agreement. In LAWA’s sole discretion, one or more of these programs or activities may be added to the LAX Master Plan’s Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) and monitoring of performance for these programs or activists may be carried our under the MMRP.
