Responsibility to the. Public It is recognized by the parties that the Employer is responsible for and engaged in activities which are the basis of health and welfare of its citizens and that any violation of this article would give rise to irreparable damages to the Employer and the public at large. Accordingly, it is understood and agreed that in the event of any violation of this article, the Employer shall be entitled to seek and to obtain immediate injunctive relief, and any and all other remedies permissible according to law.
