Responsibility Premium. Where the Employer designates a Licensed Practical Nurse to be responsible for supervision of staff or students, and staffing, or clinical coordination and/or other administrative duties as may be required the Licensed Practical Nurse shall be paid an additional hourly premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for the full shift.
