Common use of Responsibility Pay Clause in Contracts

Responsibility Pay. In the event that the Employer designates a Nurse to be in charge of a facility where the Nurse is not ordinarily in charge by virtue of his or her classification and position title, the Nurse shall be paid a premium of ninety-three cents ($0.93) per hour.

Responsibility Pay. In the event that the Employer designates a Nurse A nurse who is designated to be in charge in the absence of a facility where the Nurse is not ordinarily in charge by virtue of his or her classification and position title, the Nurse nursing supervisor shall be paid a premium sixty (60¢) cents per hour for each hour so worked in addition to her regular rate of ninety-three cents ($0.93) per hourpay.

In the event that the Employer designates a Nurse A nurse who is designated to be in charge in the absence of a facility where the Nurse is not ordinarily in charge by virtue of his or her classification and position title, the Nurse Nursing Supervisor shall be paid a premium $1.00 per hour for each hour so worked in addition to her regular rate of ninety-three cents ($0.93) per hourpay.

In the event that the Employer designates a Nurse A nurse assigned to be in charge of a the facility where to perform duties designated by the Nurse is not ordinarily in charge by virtue of his or her classification and position titleEmployer, the Nurse shall be paid a premium of ninety-three one dollar and twenty–five cents ($0.931.25) per hourhour for all hours worked in such capacity.

In the event that the Employer designates a Nurse to be in charge of a facility where the Nurse is not ordinarily in charge by virtue of his or her the Nurse’s classification and position title, the Nurse shall be paid receive a premium of ninety-three cents ($0.93) 2 per hour. A Nurse in receipt of Responsibility Pay is not entitled to Charge Pay.
