Common use of Responsibility for the Project Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for the Project. The Organisation is fully responsible for the performance of the Project and for ensuring compliance with the requirements of this Agreement and all Laws, and will not be relieved of that responsibility because of any: (a) involvement by the Commonwealth or any third party in the performance of the Project; (b) payment of the Funds made to the Organisation on account of the Project; or (c) Subcontracting of all or any part of the Works or the Project.

Responsibility for the Project. ‌ The Organisation is fully responsible for the performance of the Project and for ensuring compliance with the requirements of this Agreement and all Laws, and will not be relieved of that responsibility because of any: (a) involvement by the Commonwealth or any third party in the performance of the Project; (b) payment of the Funds made to the Organisation on account of the Project; (c) arrangement that the Organisation has entered into with a Consortium Member; or (cd) Subcontracting contracting or subcontracting of all or any part of the Works or the Project.
