The Municipality will use this general work schedule to monitor the Contractor. During the life of the Contract the Contractor will make monthly progress reports indicating the work achieved through the date of the report. The Contractor shall link the monthly progress reports to the general schedule submitted. The report shall indicate any matters that have or are anticipated to adversely affect progress of the work. The Municipality may require the Contractor to prepare a revised work schedule, in the event that a specific progress achievement falls behind the scheduled progress by more than thirty (30) days. UTILITIES: Whenever a facility or component of a private, public, or cooperatively-owned utility will be affected by any proposed construction, the Contractor will counsel with the Municipality, plus achieve any necessary contacts and discussions with the affected owners, regarding any requirement necessary for revisions of facilities or existing installations, both above and below ground. Any such installations must be completely and accurately exhibited on any detail sheets or plans. The Contractor shall inform the Municipality, in writing, of any such contacts and the results thereof.
