Common use of Responsibility for Satisfaction Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Satisfaction. 4.3.1 The Seller undertakes to use its reasonable endeavours to ensure the satisfaction of the conditions set out in Clauses 4.1.3

Responsibility for Satisfaction. 4.3.1 4.2.1 The Seller undertakes to Purchaser shall use its all reasonable endeavours to ensure the satisfaction of the conditions set out in Clauses 4.1.34.1.1 to 4.1.5 and the Vendors shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure satisfaction of the conditions set out in Clause 4.1.6.
