Responsibility for Non-Controlled Systems Sample Clauses
The "Responsibility for Non-Controlled Systems" clause defines the allocation of responsibility when a party relies on systems or infrastructure that are not under its direct control. Typically, this clause clarifies that a party is not liable for failures, delays, or issues caused by third-party systems, such as internet service providers, cloud platforms, or external databases. By specifying these boundaries, the clause helps prevent disputes over accountability for problems outside a party's reasonable control, ensuring that risk is fairly allocated and expectations are clear.
