Responsibility for Minors. The Guest is expressly informed and alerted to the fact that any minors present in the Property Owner’s establishment are under the sole and full responsibility of their parents and/or any person who has parental responsibility.

Responsibility for Minors. Guest includes any minor(s) in Guest’s care (Minor) for whom Guest, as parent/guardian, agrees to keep close watch and to diligently supervise, to assume full responsibility, and to Release & Indemnify the Release d Parties for any Claims of Minor including THE RELEASED PARTIES’ ACTIVE OR PASSIVE NEGLIGENT CONDUCT. Guest, on behalf of themselves and Minor, authorizes the Released Parties free and unlimited use of each of Guest and ▇▇▇▇▇’s name, likeness, voice and testimonial.

Responsibility for Minors. The Software does not have a parental control feature. By installing and using the Software you accept all responsibility to monitor and control access thereto by minors. If you have authorized a minor to use the Software, then you agree to be fully responsible for: (i) controlling the minor’s access to and use of the Software or Content; and (ii) the consequences of any misuse by the minor. You acknowledge that some parts of the Software and some of the Content may include material that is inappropriate for minors.

You can set up a PIN during registration and then configure your settings by accessing the Settings feature on your computer (this setting cannot be changed on a tablet or mobile device). If you have authorized a minor to use the Service, then you agree to be fully responsible for: (i) controlling the minor’s access to and use of the Service, Software or Content; and (ii) the consequences of any misuse by the minor.
