Responsibility for Gas. (a) The Service Provider is responsible for Gas in its custody and control between the Receipt Stations and the Delivery Station at each Delivery Point and must replace (by way of commercial purchase of UAG in accordance with clause 9.5(d) and 9.5(e)) any Gas lost whilst in the care and control of the Service Provider at a time and on the terms determined by the Service Provider in its discretion, acting reasonably.
