Responsibility for Damages. Notwithstanding the above, the Contractor will not be relieved of liability to the OAG for damages sustained by the OAG by any termination of this Contract by the Contractor. In the event this Contract is terminated, the Contractor will be reimbursed for services satisfactorily completed subject to any such damages incurred by the OAG.
