Responsibility for Damage. A. The resident is responsible for the condition of the room and furnishings which are assigned to them and shall reimburse VSU for all damage to or loss of these accommodations and furnishings. Students have access to the Inventory Report for their assigned room upon checking in and have 48 hours to accept the report or make changes. After 48 hours, the Inventory Report will be marked as accepted and complete.
