Responsibility Allocation Matrix. Without limiting the other terms of Articles 5 through 7, Exhibit 5.3(c) sets forth each Party’s responsibilities relating to the Development of the Combination Therapy, which, unless expressly provided under this Agreement, may only be amended upon written agreement of the Parties.
