Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Louisville Telephone for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Choice Telephone Company pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Choice Telephone Company for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Talk America pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Talk America for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Lightyear pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Lightyear for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Global Connection for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Budget Phone pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Budget Phone for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Comm South pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Comm South for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Telepak Networks pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Telepak Networks for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> ITC^DeltaCom pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User end user customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> ITC^DeltaCom for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> DPI pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> DPI for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

XxxxXxxxx will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Comcast Phone pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Comcast Phone for any lost revenue revenue, which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Granite pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User end user customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Granite for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> CGI pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> CGI for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Fast Phones pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Fast Phones for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Xxxxx-4- U pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Xxxxx-4-U for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Quality Telephone pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Quality Telephone for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> State Discount Telephone LLC pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> State Discount Telephone LLC for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Max-Tel pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Max-Tel for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Globe pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Globe for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

XxxxXxxxx will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Source One Communications pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Source One Communications for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Buy-Tel pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Buy-Tel for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Express Connection pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Express Connection for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> NuStar pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> NuStar for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Ring Connection pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Ring Connection for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Symtelco pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Symtelco for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

XxxxXxxxx will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Navigator pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Navigator for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Cellutell Communications, Inc. pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Cellutell Communications, Inc. for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> VarTec pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> VarTec for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

XxxxXxxxx will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> CCI pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> CCI for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth X. XxxxXxxxx will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Xxxxxxxx & More pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Dialtone & More for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth X. XxxxXxxxx will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> XxxxXxxXXX.xxx, Inc. pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> XxxxXxxXXX.xxx, Inc. for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Southern Telecom pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Southern Telecom for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Synopsis Communications Inc. pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Synopsis Communications Inc. for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> SUN- TEL pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> SUN-TEL for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Dialogica pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Dialogica for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Telstar Prepaid pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Telstar Prepaid for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth X. XxxxXxxxx will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Network One pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User end user customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Network One for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> TelSouth pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> TelSouth for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> GulfPines for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Azul Tel pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Azul Tel for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> QuantumShift pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> QuantumShift for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Spectrotel pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Spectrotel for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Consumers Telephone & Telecom pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Consumers Telephone & Telecom for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Marietta FiberNet pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Marietta FiberNet for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> CM Tel pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> CM Tel for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Delta Phones, Inc. pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Delta Phones, Inc. for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Aspire Telecom, Inc. pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Aspire Telecom, Inc. for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Annox pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Annox for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Cutting Edge pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Cutting Edge for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Southern Telcom pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> e- Tel pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> e-Tel for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth XxxxXxxxx will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> World Access pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> World Access for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Express Paging, Inc. pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Express Paging, Inc. for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth X. XxxxXxxxx will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Easy Telephone Services Company pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Easy Telephone Services Company for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> ABC Telcom for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> DTM for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> D-Tel, Inc. pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> D-Tel, Inc. for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> BudgeTel pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> BudgeTel for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Delta Phones for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Paramount for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouthXxxxXxxxx’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Local Telecom pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Push Button pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Push Button for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> C & M Total Communications pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> C & M Total Communications for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Gateway pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Gateway for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Telephone One pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Telephone One for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Big River pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Big River for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> FPB pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> FPB for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Connect- A-Phone, Inc. pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Connect-A-Phone, Inc. for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> Flatel, Inc. pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Flatel, Inc. for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> MTG pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> MTG for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> Your Communication Connection for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> My-Tel pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> My-Tel for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> MYLINETOO pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> MYLINETOO for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.

Responsibilities of the Parties. A. BellSouth X. XxxxXxxxx will administer all data stored in the LIDB, including the data provided by <<customer_name>> EPICUS pursuant to this Agreement, in the same manner as BellSouth’s data for BellSouth’s End User customers. BellSouth shall not be responsible to <<customer_name>> EPICUS for any lost revenue which may result from BellSouth’s administration of the LIDB pursuant to its established practices and procedures as they exist and as they may be changed by BellSouth in its sole discretion from time to time.
