  • Comments Licensee will ensure that neither libellous nor blasphemous language appears in the Comments and will be responsible for the removal of Comments.

  • SUBMISSIONS You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site ("Submissions") provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property. We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.   • Claims Submission We will submit your claims and assist you in any way we reasonably can to help get your claims paid. Your insurance company may need you to supply certain information directly. It is your responsibility to comply with their request. Please be aware that the balance of your claim is your responsibility whether or not your insurance company pays your claim. Your insurance benefit is a contract between you and your insurance company; we are not party to that contract.

  • Review The practitioner reviews the treatment plan and discusses, when appropriate, case circumstances and management options with the attending (or referring) physician. The reviewer consults with the requesting physician when more clarity is needed to make an informed coverage decision. The reviewer may consult with board certified physicians from appropriate specialty areas to assist in making determinations of coverage and/or appropriateness. All such consultations will be documented in the review text. If the reviewer determines that the admission, continued stay or service requested is not a covered service, a notice of non-coverage is issued. Only a physician, behavioral health practitioner (such as a psychiatrist, doctoral-level clinical psychologist, certified addiction medicine specialist), dentist or pharmacist who has the clinical expertise appropriate to the request under review with an unrestricted license may deny coverage based on medical necessity.

  • Review Protocol A narrative description of how the Claims Review was conducted and what was evaluated.

  • Access to Review Materials The Servicer will give the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the Review Materials for all of the Subject Receivables within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the review notice in one or more of the following ways in the Servicer’s reasonable discretion: (i) by electronic posting of Review Materials to a password-protected website to which the Asset Representations Reviewer has access, (ii) by providing originals or photocopies of documents relating to the Subject Receivables at one of the properties of the Servicer or (iii) in another manner agreed by the Servicer and the Asset Representations Reviewer. The Servicer may redact or remove PII from the Review Materials so long as all information in the Review Materials necessary for the Asset Representations Reviewer to complete the Asset Review remains intact and unchanged.

  • Inquiries Respond to telephonic, mail, and in-person inquiries from Institutions, Account holders, or their representatives requesting information regarding matters such as shareholder account or transaction status, net asset value ("NAV") of Series shares, Series performance, Series services, plans and options, Series investment policies, Series portfolio holdings, and Series distributions and taxation thereof;

  • COMMENT Concerning Clause 10.1: It is here specified what portion of the Leased Object the parties have as per contract signing assumed will be included in the lessor’s voluntary real estate lease registration in the Value Added Tax Register. In order for an area to be included in the lessor’s voluntary registration, such area must be used in one of the following ways:

Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.
