Response to Retrieval Requests. We will send you any Retrieval Request that we cannot satisfy with the information we have on file concerning any Settled Transaction. In response, you must provide us, in writing by certified or overnight mail or by confirmed fax (or by other means as agreed to by Paymentech), the resolution of your investigation of such Retrieval Request and include legible copies of any documentation required by the Retrieval Request within 7 days after we send it to you (or such shorter time as the Payment Brand Rules may require). Response to Retrieval Requests. Paymentech will send TP3 any Retrieval Request that it cannot satisfy with the information it has on file concerning any Settled Transaction. In response, TP3 must provide, in writing by certified or overnight mail or by confirmed fax (or by other means as agreed to by Paymentech), the resolution of the investigation of such Retrieval Request and include legible copies of any documentation required by the Retrieval Request within seven (7) days after it is sent (or such shorter time as the Payment Brand Rules may require). TP3 acknowledges that failure to timely fulfill a Retrieval Request and in accordance with Payment Brand Rules may result in an irreversible Chargeback.
