Response to Requests. Within ten (10) working days after receipt of such notice an initial meeting with the Association President and/or negotiation chair will be scheduled for the purpose of setting a date for exchanging proposals. Proposals for negotiations shall be written and in detail. Exchanging of packages shall take place within thirty (30) days unless time lines are extended by mutual agreement. Once packages are exchanged, no new item can be submitted by either party unless mutually agreed upon.
