Response to Requests. The District will furnish all prepared written materials requested by the Federation within ten (10) working days. For materials not in written form, the District will respond in writing as to the availability and probable date of distribution.
Response to Requests. AstraZeneca shall have the exclusive right to respond to all questions or requests for information about a Co-Promoted Product made by any medical professionals or any other Person to Targacept or its sales representatives that (i) warrant a response beyond the understanding or knowledge of such sales representative or (ii) are beyond the scope of the product labels and inserts or other Promotional Materials for such Co-Promoted Product (a “PIR”).

PROVIDER will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the request to establish a Route Segment within thirty (30) days of its acceptance of the proposed interconnection unless a longer period of time to establish the entrance is stated in PROVIDER’s acceptance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, PROVIDER may restrict any work establishing an interconnection to a planned service work period. Interconnection of Buildings not interconnected to PROVIDER’s network on the Route Segment will be considered on a case-by- case basis. PROVIDER may decline to make a requested connection at their sole discretion.

Response to Requests. Within twenty-one (21) days of receiving the Interconnect Notice, Williams shall respond with its acceptance or objections to the proposed interconnection. Williams shall use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but may restrict REQUESTED BY COGENT COMMUNICATIONS, INC. such work to the planned system work periods set forth in Exhibit G. Williams may decline to make a requested connection if Williams determines, in its reasonable discretion, that there is a significant likelihood that (i) Cogent’s use of a proposed connection would cause a material and adverse effect on the System or the use thereof; (ii) use of a particular location will cause a significant technical impediment; or (iii) the making or existence of the connection presents an unreasonable risk of creating an interruption of transmission.
