Response Plans. K2 shall establish, implement, and maintain a written incident response plan (“IRP”) to identify, remediate, respond to, and recover from an actual or a reasonably suspected Security Event. K2 shall undertake IRP-related exercises no less than annually.
Response Plans. March Networks shall establish, implement, and maintain a written incident response plan (“IRP”) to identify, remediate, respond to, and recover from an actual or a reasonably suspected Data Breach.
Response Plans. 7.1 Response Plans will be formulated for all parts of the Secure Training Centre. Response Plans will be subjected to regular tests or exercises and revised in the light of experience. All updates, amendments and reprints of the Response Plans will be sent to the Authority for its approval pursuant to paragraph 2.1 above. 7.2 At least one test or exercise will be conducted each calendar month in respect of potential incidents which are the subject of the Response Plans. 7.3 The Response Plans will deal with, but are not limited to, the following: (i) acquiring necessary consents to appropriate medical treatment from a Trainee; (ii) acute illness of a Trainee; (iii) accident or injury to a Trainee, member of staff or visitor at the Secure Training Centre which requires immediate emergency treatment outside the Secure Training Centre; (iv) escape or attempted escape by a Trainee or Trainees; (v) acts of concerted indiscipline by a Trainee or Trainees; (vi) barricades within the Secure Training Centre; (vii) hostage taking by a Trainee or Trainees; (viii) any interference with or compromise of the security of the Secure Training Centre including the loss, theft or removal of any key used to lock the door of any building, or any room in a building, in the Secure Training Centre; (ix) a fire within any part of the Secure Training Centre or outside the Secure Training Centre but which may give rise to an emergency within the Secure Training Centre; (x) a bomb threat to the Secure Training Centre or any part of it; (xi) any failure of gas, electricity or water services; and (xii) a natural disaster affecting the Secure Training Centre.
Response Plans. Contractor shall establish, implement, and maintain a written incident response plan (“IRP”) to identify, remediate, respond to, and recover from, a Security Event. The IRP shall include: (i) the designation of a senior employee who shall be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the IRP, (ii) the identification of internal and external resources to assist in addressing a Security Event, (iii) automated technical means to assist in the identification of activity indicative of a Security Event, and (iv) processes and programs to contain and remediate the impact of a Security Event and to recover to a normal state of business operations.

  • Proposal of Corrective Action Plan In addition to the processes set forth in the Contract (e.g., service level agreements), if the Department or Customer determines that there is a performance deficiency that requires correction by the Contractor, then the Department or Customer will notify the Contractor. The correction must be made within a time-frame specified by the Department or Customer. The Contractor must provide the Department or Customer with a corrective action plan describing how the Contractor will address all performance deficiencies identified by the Department or Customer.

  • Business Continuity Plan The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.
