The environment must be free of behaviour such as discrimination, harassment, disruptive workplace conflict, and disrespectful behaviour. The principle of fair treatment is a fundamental one and both the Employer and the Union will not condone improper behaviour on the part of any person, which would jeopardize an employee’s dignity and well being or undermine work relationships and productivity.
