Resource Teachers. Salary on Appointment
Resource Teachers. Will have their regular scheduled salary in Grades A-D increased $2,750 for a department of 4 to 9 teachers, $3,450 for a department of 10 to 14 teachers, and $4,425 for a department of 15 or more teachers.
Resource Teachers. A permanent full time teacher appointed to a Ministry of Education approved resource teacher role shall receive one unit per annum (as per clause 4.3.2. This does not restrict the ability of the employer to offer additional unit(s) for further specific assignments or tasks performed by the teacher. Note: This entitlement replaces, but is not to be in addition to, any unit allocated out of Ministry of Education unit allocations to resource teachers.
Resource Teachers. 1. Resource teachers in the areas of art, music, and physical education shall be regarded as regular classroom teachers and shall have the same responsibilities as any other teachers in the area of discipline.

Resource Teachers. Elementary and Secondary If caseload limit is exceeded, teachers will be compensated at $3 per student per day of overage. Life Skills Program teachers and Preschool teachers If caseload limit is exceeded, teachers will be compensated at $9 per student per day of overage.
Resource Teachers. Three (3) Resource Teachers may work up to a forty-eight (48) week work year. In addition, a fourth full-time Resource Teacher may work a work year of up to forty-two (42) weeks per year. The above work years may vary depending on the requirements of the childcare centre/co- operative nursery and/or available funding. By mutual agreement between management and the employee (Xxxxx Xxxxxxx), one Resource Teacher works seventy (70) hours over a two (2) week period with pro-rated salary and full benefits.
