Resolution by Senior Management. ‌ In the first instance, the Disputing Parties must refer any dispute to their respective chief executive officers (or their nominees) who must try and resolve the dispute to their mutual satisfaction within 10 Business Days.

Resolution by Senior Management. If a dispute arises relating to the Agreement and related damages, if any, (the “Dispute”) either party shall give written notice to the other party requesting that senior management attempt to resolve the Dispute. Within fifteen (15) Days after receipt of such notice, the receiving party shall submit a written response. The notice and the response shall include a statement of the applicable party’s position and a summary of reasons supporting that position.
