Resolution by Senior Management. If a dispute arises relating to this Agreement or a Schedule and related damages, if any (a “Dispute”), either party shall give written notice to the other party requesting that senior management attempt to resolve such Dispute. Within fifteen (15) days after receipt of such notice, the receiving party shall submit a written response. The notice and the response shall include a statement of the applicable party’s position and a summary of reasons supporting that position. The parties shall cause senior management to meet within forty-five (45) calendar days after delivery of such notice, at a mutually acceptable time and place, and thereafter as often as they reasonably deem necessary, and to use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve such Dispute.

  • Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.

  • Auditors’ Management Letters Promptly after the receipt thereof, any auditors’ management letters are received by the Borrower or by its accountants;
