Resolution by City Manager. If the City Manager in pursuance of the procedures outlined in Section 50 above resolves a grievance which involved suspension or discharge, he or she may agree to payment for lost time or to reinstatement with or without payment for lost time.

The parties consent to personal jurisdiction in each trial court in the selected venue having subject matter jurisdiction notwithstanding their residence or situs, and each party irrevocably consents to service of process in the manner provided hereunder for the giving of notices.
