Common use of Resignation without Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Resignation without Good Reason. The Executive shall have the right to terminate his employment hereunder upon one (1) month’s prior written notice to the Company, and upon such termination, all of the Executive’s rights to payments and any other benefits otherwise due hereunder (other than Accrued Termination Obligations) shall cease upon such termination.

The Executive shall have the right to terminate his employment hereunder upon one sixty (160) month’s prior days’ written notice to the Company, and upon such termination, all of the Executive’s rights to payments (other than Base Salary payments for services already rendered and expenses incurred through the date of such termination and any Cash Bonus earned but not yet paid with respect to the prior fiscal year) and any other benefits otherwise due hereunder (other than Accrued Termination Obligations) shall cease upon such terminationimmediately. Subject to and without limiting any rights the Executive expressly has under Section 6.5, the Executive’s resignation by reason of his assertion of constructive discharge shall constitute a resignation without Good Reason.
