Common use of Resignation by Executive Clause in Contracts

Resignation by Executive. Executive may resign his/her employment by giving the Company four weeks’ notice of said resignation; NSP may elect to pay Employee’s base salary in lieu of notice. If Executive resigns, then the Company’s obligation to Executive will be limited solely to the payment of accrued and unpaid base salary through the date of such termination.
