Common use of Residential Use Clause in Contracts

Residential Use. Borrower shall operate the Development for residential use only. No part of the Development may be operated as transient housing.

Residential Use. Borrower shall operate the Development Residence for residential use only. No part of the Development Residence may be operated as transient housing.

Residential Use. Borrower shall operate the Development for residential use onlyonly and only permit related activities which facilitate such residential use. No part of the Development may be operated as transient housing.
