Residential Service Unit. Residential Service Unit shall mean a residential dwelling within the service area of the City occupied by a person or group of persons excluding separate units on Multi-Family Properties. A Residential Service Unit shall be deemed occupied when either water or domestic light and power services are being supplied thereto. A condominium dwelling, whether of single or multi-level construction, not on a Multi-Family Property, shall be treated as a Residential Service Unit, except that each single-family dwelling within any such Residential Service Unit shall be billed separately as a Residential Service Unit.

Residential Service Unit. Any Dwelling Unit in the Service Area utilizing a gray, blue and green Carts, or any combination of Dwelling Units sharing gray, blue and green Carts, for the accumulation and set out of Residential Solid Waste.
Residential Service Unit. Ton — Ton shall mean a unit of weight equal to 2,000 pounds. Transfer Station — Transfer Station shall mean a permitted facility where Solid Waste, Program Recyclable Materials, Yard Waste, or Bulk Waste are deposited and prepared for transport on larger transfer vehicles for disposal processing. Unaccepted Set-out — Unaccepted set-out shall mean a set-out for collection that does not comply with the requirements of the contract. Uncontrollable Circumstances — Uncontrollable Circumstances shall include “unanticipated events,” and shall mean any act, event or condition (excluding those which result from the willful or negligent action or inaction of a party) occurring during the term that has, or may reasonably be expected to have, a material and adverse effect on a right or an obligation of either or both parties to this Contract, if such act, event or condition is beyond the reasonable control of the party relying thereon as justification for not performing under this Contract. Uncontrollable Circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, the following: an act of God, landslide, lightning, earthquake, fire, explosion, flood, ice storm, nuclear radiation, acts of a public enemy or terrorist, war, blockade, insurrection, riot or civil disturbance or any similar occurrence, or a condemnation or other taking by or on behalf of any public, quasi-public or private entity, but not including reasonably anticipated weather conditions for the geographic area of the City; Uncontrollable Circumstances shall not include:

Residential Service Unit. Roll-off shall mean a metal receptacle with a minimum capacity of approximately ten (10), a maximum capacity of forty (40) cubic yards, intended for high-volume generation of Solid Waste, and designed to be transported to a Disposal Site by loading of receptacle onto rear of transporting vehicle. Contractor shall provide Roll-offs.

  • Essential Services For purposes of service restoral, Embarq shall designate a CLEC access line as an Essential Service Line (ESL) at Parity with Embarq’s treatment of its own end users and applicable state law or regulation, if any.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☒ Northeast Region ☒ West Region ☒ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.

  • Resident Educator Program The four-year program is designed to provide newly licensed Ohio educators quality mentoring and guidance. Successful completion of the residency program is required to advance to a five-year professional educator license.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations it wishes to maintain.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Trial Service Period 1. Except for those employees in an in-training appointment, all other employees with permanent status who are promoted, or who voluntarily accept a transfer or demotion into a job classification for which they have not previously attained permanent status, will serve a trial service period of six (6) consecutive months. The Employer may extend the trial service period to no more than twelve (12) consecutive months, provided the employee is given written, performance based reasons for the extension. The Employer agrees to notify the employee when it intends to extend the trial service period beyond six (6) months. The employee may choose to notify the union.

  • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • TRIAL SERVICE Section 1. Each employee appointed to a position in the bargaining unit by initial appointment or promotion shall, with each appointment, serve a trial service period.
