Residency Agreements. Tenant shall establish as policy and will request and use its best efforts to require that any and all residents or other persons for which the Tenant (or an agency retained by Tenant) provides services execute and deliver to the Tenant a residency agreement. Tenant has submitted to Landlord its form of residency agreement; Landlord's consent shall not be required for changes to or modifications of such residency agreement over the term of this Lease.
Residency Agreements. Manager shall have the right and authority to negotiate, enter into, amend, cancel and/or terminate residency agreements with residents of the Facility. Where lawful, said residency agreements may be entered into in the name of and on behalf of Owner.
Residency Agreements. Attached to Schedule 5.19 is a true and complete copy of the current standard form of Residency Agreements. There are no material undisclosed amendments or agreements to such Residency Agreement, nor any special rates, services or concessions promised to any resident of any Facility except as disclosed in the Residency Agreements or the rent rolls attached as Schedule 5.5 hereto. The Residency Agreements comply in all material respects with all applicable municipal, county, state and federal laws, regulations, ordinances and orders and with all applicable municipal health and building laws.
Residency Agreements. Satisfactory review and approval by FINOVA of the form of residency agreement which Borrowers shall use in the operation of the Facilities.
Residency Agreements. The interest of Seller, if any, in and to all residency agreements, entrance agreements and other agreements for use or occupancy of all or any portion of each of the Facilities entered into by all residents currently occupying beds or units in the Facilities (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Residents") (collectively, the "Residency Agreements").

Residency Agreements. All residency agreements, entrance agreements and other agreements for use or occupancy of all or any portion of each of the Operating Residences entered into by all Residents (as hereinafter defined) (collectively, the "Residency Agreements"), together with all prepaid rents and advance rentals (other than the monthly residence fees paid by Residents in advance for the month in which the Residence Closing Date (as hereinafter defined) occurs) and all security deposits (collectively, the "Advances") with respect to the Residency Agreements and the guaranties or warranties of payment by all guarantors or co-signers with respect to the Residency Agreements. The name or room number of each occupant or resident under the Residency Agreements (herein referred to as a "Resident" or "Residents") for each Operating Residence, the name of each Seller entity that is a party to the Residency Agreements for such Operating Residence, the current rental payable thereunder, the date of the Residency Agreement, and the amount of any past due or delinquent rental and the Advances therefor, will be set forth on Schedule 1-B, which Schedule shall be delivered by Seller to Purchaser as provided in Section 21 hereof (the "Rent Roll").
