Notwithstanding Section 2.1, Dong-A reserves all rights not expressly granted to NeuroBo under this Agreement, including without limitation the right to (a) conduct research and clinical studies in the Republic of Korea for the purpose of obtaining approval from the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety to sell the Licensed Products in the applicable Field, (b) to offer to sell and sell the Licensed Products in the applicable Field to end-users in the Republic of Korea or to distributors and/or retailers for sale to end-users in the Republic of Korea, and (c) research, develop, use, offer to sell, sell, sublicense and otherwise Commercialize the Licensed Products outside of the applicable Field anywhere in the world. For the avoidance of any doubt, Dong-A reserves all rights necessary to provide services to NeuroBo anywhere in the world under the Services Agreement.
